As a reminder flowers do naturally change color over the drying and pressing process, and it is normal! See more in our FAQs about the drying process. The final flowers will be stunning even if it looks slightly different then when they were fresh, we promise they are still your beautiful flowers!

If you are an outside of the Cincinnati area, or out of state, then choose the shipping option during check out. We recommend adding on our Shipping Kit to your order so you are able to get us your flowers as safely as possible.
Sending flowers through the mail is a delicate process, but not to worry! I’m here to help you along the way. After you place your order, with or without the Shipping Kit included, I will send you step-by-step instructions on what you will need and how to pack your flowers for best results.
There will be a shipping fee automatically added to your final order total. This ONLY covers that cost of The Rambling Florist sending you your final frame. The cost of shipping your flowers to the Rambling Florist studios will be covered by you.

You may cancel your order up until we receive your flowers at the studio.
If you cancel your order within 72 hours of placing, you will be refunded in full.
After 72 hours, there will be a 15% service fee withheld from the refund.

Since every piece we create is custom, we do not offer refunds.
If there is a mistake on our end, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it right.
Please make sure when you are ordering, to include any details of your wants and expectations, as well as choosing to opt-in to approve a mock-up of the design.
Otherwise, aside from any preferences within the order, The Rambling Florist has the creative freedom to do what they think is best for your flowers.

If you are outside of the Cincinnati area, you will need to ship us your flowers after the event date. Ideally within 24-72 hours. The fresher the better!
The Shipping Kit, makes life a little simpler & stress free by including all* of the supplies and instructions you will need to safely ship your flowers.
The kit will be mailed to you ~2 weeks before your event. We will email you to let you know it’s on its way.
Not available if your event date is within 2 weeks of ordering.
Not available for international weddings. We do not accept international orders.
If you need to change your address for the shipping kit you MUST contact us 3 weeks prior to your event.
*A return label is not included with the kit. You are responsible for the price of shipping the flowers back to us.

Please mail us your photos, invite or vows separately from your flowers. This will avoid any water damage or creasing for best results.
If you would like us to print a photo for you, please add-on the $10.00 printing fee.
Please only 5 photos max or you will be charged an additional $10.00 for more than 5 images.
We will send you instructions via email on details on how to send us your photo(s) digitally as well as where to mail your printed images or invitation.
