Terms & Conditions.

PROCESS

  • I understand that flowers will be pressed and dried in the condition in which they are received. This meaning, if flowers arrive damaged, bruised or wilted, the same is likely to show in the final piece. The design team will do our best to remove those damage elements, or choose not to press them all together.

  • I understand that flowers dry and press best when they are at their freshest. Shipping or delivering my flowers to The Rambling Florist as soon as possible after my event, ideally within 24-72 hours, will provide the best results.

  • I understand that flowers are an organic material and during the drying or pressing process, flowers will fade and/or change color due to the flowers' nature. (Ex. whites turn creme or yellow and reds will turn purple.)

  • I understand that continued fading after I receive my frame is normal, but a very slow process. For longevity I will keep my frame out of direct sunlight, and out of humid rooms such as the bathroom or kitchen.

  • I understand that any preferences included on the order, the artist has creative freedom to do what they thinks looks best and I trust them to do so.

  • I understand that some flowers & elements of a bouquet can not be pressed and framed because of their thickness and the size of the frame.

  • I understand that I can request the unused pressed elements of my bouquet to be returned to me. If I do not request this option, my remaining pressed flowers and greenery will become the property of The Rambling Florist.

  • I understand that The Rambling Florist team will communicate with me via the email I provide on my order. If the email address is wrong or needs to be updated, it is my responsibility to notify the team at theramblingflorist@gmail.com

  • I understand that Sebra, owner of The Rambling Florist, is a one-woman show at the moment, and this work is not her only occupation. I will do my best to respond to any correspondence in a timely manner and no later than 2-3 business day!

FINAL PRODUCT

  • I understand that when my flowers are being designed, I can opt to receive a mock-up of the arrangement before they are glued as a final product. I can request to adjust elements of the design up to 2 times before the product has to be finalized and moved onto shipping. If I don't request a mock-up, then the designer will design the piece how she sees best - and I trust her to do so. 

  • I understand that although great care is taken to package pieces with as much protection as possible, damage may occur during shipping. In the event that this occurs, I will leave the piece as is, send The Rambling Florist photos via email right away and then reseal the box.

  • I understand that if my package is returned to sender because I did not pick up the package in time, refused delivery, or gave an invalid address, I will pay an additional shipping fee to have it reshipped to me. 

  • I understand and agree to the refund and cancelation policy as stated below.

SHIPPING

  • I understand that I am responsible for all shipping cost or drop off of the flowers to The Rambling Florist, and is paid for by me the customer.

  • I understand that The Rambling Florist is not responsible for lost or damaged flower deliveries in the mail. We recommend that you add on shipping insurance.

  • I understand that some flowers may not make it during shipping due to their delicacy or incorrect handling. We will work with the best pieces from your bouquet that we receive.

  • I understand that failure to follow given shipping instructions will result in damaged flowers that the artist can deem unworkable. I may be given the option to downsize my frames or change the style of layout to accommodate my flowers. If the flowers are not salvageable they will be composted and I will be charged 15% service fee withheld from my refund.

  • I understand that if I order a shipping kit, I need to order it 3 weeks in advance before my event date.

    • I need to change the address in which my shipping kit is to be delivered or have it sent out at an earlier date, I need to notify The Rambling Florist 3 weeks prior to my event. Or I will not be refunded or sent a new kit.

  • Once your pressed flower frame is complete, we will ship your items in a box indicated as FRAGILE with ample packaging. We take every step to ensure that your frame is packaged with utmost care to endure the shipping process, but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.

  • I understand that if I send or drop off any vases, pendants, charms, ribbons or other items that are used to decorate or hold together my flowers, they will not be returned to me. I will need to remove these items from my flower prior to shipping or drop-off I would like to keep them.

SHIPPING POLICY

If you are an outside of the Cincinnati area, or out of state, then choose the shipping option during check out. We recommend adding on our Shipping Kit to your order so you are able to get us your flowers as safely as possible.

Sending flowers through the mail is a delicate process, but not to worry! Iā€™m here to help you along the way. After you place your order, with or without the Shipping Kit included, I will send you step-by-step instructions on what you will need and how to pack your flowers for best results.

There will be a shipping fee automatically added to your final order total. This ONLY covers that cost of The Rambling Florist sending you your final frame. The cost of shipping your flowers to the Rambling Florist studios will be covered by you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not take international orders at this time.

We only ship within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Cancelation & Refunds

CANCELATION POLICY

You may cancel your order up until we receive your flowers at the studio.

If you cancel your order within 72 hours of placing, you will be refunded in full.

After 72 hours, there will be a 15% service fee withheld from the refund.

REFUND POLICY

Since every piece we create is custom, we do not offer refunds.

If there is a mistake on our end, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it right.

Please make sure when you are ordering, to include any details of your wants and expectations, as well as choosing to opt-in to approve a mock-up of the design.

Otherwise, aside from any preferences within the order, The Rambling Florist has the creative freedom to do what they think is best for your flowers.
